Because you didn’t go through all the frames in the boxes you don’t know if there were more queen cells present, especially on the top deep box. I notice you don’t have a queen excluder and that means the queen could start to lay in the super. If the super is 1/2 full they need another super as they need space to store the nectar as it is >95% water so takes up a lot of space. Why are you feeding them - they have plenty of stores and judging by the amount of pollen there’s a flow on.
