I am not sure about that - I will have some new units in a while and will be able to confirm.

The black one I have is "Thunder Black" - unfortunately this keycaps or color variant doesn't come with Ice Vein Switches. You get this with Leobog Graywoods and I've seen some listings with Reapers. With the Graywoods I've seen local sellers selling them for around 16-18k. The Ice Vein switches come only with the Glacier Blue and Wind Chime keycaps. @shahroznaeemАй бұрын
The keyboard has standard 3/5 pin hot-swap sockets and comes with Jixian Red 3-pin switches (you do also have the option of getting this with Black, Blue or Brown swtiches.) For the red, these are the specs: Operating Force: 45 gf End Force: 65 gf Pre Travel: 2.00mm Total Travel: 4.00mm It is great that it has standard sockets, so you can pretty much plug in any switch.
@vigorous_Ай бұрын
Do you think I should pay extra over this (graywood v3) for ice vein switches? Also what do you say about loudness of the graywoods, do you think it can annoy co-workers?
@shahroznaeemАй бұрын
It depends on what sort of experience you're looking for. From the specifications, it looks like Graywoods have less pre-travel so they actuate with less force, but Ice Veins offer a more smoother experience and they provide a more thockier sound. If budget is not an issue, I would say get the Ice Veins, otherwise Graywoods are excellent and the F75 is generally a quiet board thanks to the excellent sound dampening. For your co-workers, it's hard to say. If they're picky, they might not like any mechanical keyboard no matter how quiet it is. Otherwise it should be fine.
@vigorous_Ай бұрын
@@shahroznaeem if you have used rk m75 silvers, how would you compare loudness of Aula's graywoods to that? Also the second part is the same keyboard, right? Can you link those key caps.
@shahroznaeemАй бұрын
I haven't used the RK M75 Silvers - but a quick search reveals they are Royal Kludge's Fast Silver switches - 1.2mm pre travel and 45gf actuation force makes it really quick and light to activate. I'm assuming they don't come with a lot of lube so in which case, the Graywoods, while actuating a bit later, would offer a more smoother experience. The second part is the same keyboard, yes. Aula F75 comes in a variety of different configurations. "Reef Gray" is what you would be looking for if you want the gradient black/gray keycaps. In my case, the client asked for Reef Gray, but I couldn't find it in stock. So I got the Thunder Black instead and added some after-market gradient keycaps. You can find these on a number of platforms - just search for gradient PBT keycaps.

Standard HE features - adjustable actuation point, dynamic key stroke (multiple actions tied to the same switch,) rapid trigger, high polling rate. And when I asked for the JSON file, it said it doesn't have the capability to provide custom JSON but will transfer it to their technical support agent. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. In the meantime, I've tried other 61 json files and VIA doesn't detect the GMK61.
