Love the big easy plo game even though it plays insanely big, other night I ran 300 up to 2500 in like 5 hands but 2 guys at my table had 7k stacks so ofc dusted it off cuz I didn’t wanna hit and run. Still a fun game

@@Llamabets I know exactly how you feel. You don’t want to hit and run obviously but you should still rack up if you feel uncomfortable risking what you’re sitting with, easier said than done though

@ for sure, I’m mainly a tournament player but definitely prefer plo for cash and it’s just a mindset mistake I need to work on. At the same time I also play like every hand in plo so probably should be a bit tighter when I’m winning big. Great vid as always!

PLO5 would be hi/lo with a 5 or lower qualifier. You're playing 5-card PLO.

In my opinion most people would refer to 5 card hi/lo as big o or Congress if you’re in Texas

Is PLO5 vs BigO more popular there? Think your ratios are probably correct, tournaments are so much more time consuming. But they do give you the opportunity to play other games that you seldom find cash for anymore. I wouldn't restrict your tourney play to just WSOP, but hitting the major tournament series just to play one or two with the rest at cash probably would be wise. Just have to make sure there is sufficient representation for PLO and mixed games at those series. Was hoping to make the Feb Venetian, but may have to pass due to some work commitments. What's the schedule for the rest of spring?

They get a lot of plo5 and not much plo4 or big o from what I’ve seen. That is probably an overreaction but I’m definitely going to play more cash moving forward which will also aid me in playing bigger buyin tourneys too. The inaugural livestream will be march 28th, that’ll be a $10/$10 mix with the regular $5/$5 mug being the next day from 2-10pm. April and May well be there the last weekend of each

Agree. That’s a call all day long multi-way. I think you should try and show some people too. Especially at the MUGs. A lot of people would love to see themselves in your vlogs and would encourage more subs etc, imo. Great vlogs and keep them up. As I mentioned in the vlog, the player who check shoved wasn’t bluffing so he either has the 9 or the same hand as me. If you play 5 card long enough you’ll eventually lose all your money to the last card in the deck that beats you so sometimes folding it is the right play. Thanks for the feedback 🍻
