Yes it does, the LEDs light me with the sound of your computer. Not just music but any sound.

Yes , it works with headphones. The software registers the PC audio in general. So if there is sound it will show it on the keyboard.

Quick question you think I can actually set up this keyboard with macros to pretty much be a ISO keyboard? By this I mean, can I macro all the different punctuation symbols with "alt+XYZ" to then add that to the keys where I would normally find such in my ISO keyboard?

That might require some testing but in theory you should. The macros just record your key presses and you can modify the milliseconds for the presses to speed it up if needed.

Ok I got the answer, so if you have the keyboard layout for your language set and you sign into windows with it. Yes the keyboard will type the special characters. But I'm the software it will show the that character that is on the English version. But after setting the macro with the keys, it will type the special characters even tho it shows the numbers or original key in the macro list. If that makes since lol.

I am not fully sure on the process that they use to print the key caps. But in general any printed key cap can be worn off with enough use. The pudding key caps or ones where the lights come through the letters. Those will last the longest since it's baked into the keys for the letters.

Well if you are looking at what they offer. Hyperx is twice as much right now. They do have 120hr battery life they say. Redragon is half the price but does not have close to that. About 20 to 30 depending on RGB or not. So if you have the cash to spend hyperx offers more. But it does come at a cost. If the price is too much then the redragon is perfect.

There is more clack to these key caps. There is a sound for everyone. One of my favorite parts about keyboards is that you can pick and choose the sound that you want. My wife can't stand the thocky sound and likes the regular clack of a keyboard. So they are out there lol.

Yes the mouse will work. The software cannot be installed. So all the baked in settings will still work.

unfortunately my right click button is too loose and it sounds like i am double clicking it when i press it only once. very annoying so had to return it. also the side buttons feels very stiff and its pretty hard to press it unlike my older g402 side buttons. i guess its to prevent misclicking since buttons are too close... or maybe u need to get used to it. pretty bummed out... was super excited about ordering it till yesterday.

I hate that, it might have been a faulty one. If it was Amazon they should swap it out. But the side buttons are somewhat hard so if you did not like it then maybe not.

Anyone know if the knob is on it's own sleep timer? If so, is there anyway to change the time before it goes to sleep when in wireless mode? (how long does it take for the knob to go into sleep mode)

The knob turns off when the keyboard does. You can adjust the timer for the whole keyboard in the software.

They do not say PS5 on their website for them, but do for PS4. The USB wireless and the 3.5mm cable to the controller. Most products I see say PS4/PS5. I do not have a PS5 to test with to be 100% sure.

Well comparing the two, redragon looks better. It has double the dpi, half the weight, and the same response time. So I don't think you would have issues with either of them for the responsiveness. You would just need to look at the other things the mice can do. Logitech does have better battery life with that extra weight. Rd has 150 hrs>logi 250 hrs.

i used redragon products a lot when first getting into pc gaming and their products are quite good but nothing exceptional. the g305 i find EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable in the palm and i love the customization ghub provides.

My main for gaming is my g502 will max weights in it. I love a heavy mouse so it does not lift up. For work the m916 is amazing since I have to use it all day. Just got to find your shape that fits the best.

Great content! Do you happen to know the difference from yellow switches of rk96 forest blue and linear viridian switches of eclipse black?

Everything is basically the same as far as the specs go aside from the actuation travel distance. On the yellows it's 4 mm with a plus or minus 0.4 mm. The viridian switches actuation point is two millimeters plus or minus 0.4 mm. From what I can find that is the only difference between them and of course the color of the switches themselves.

Ya no problem, glad to help. Now there might be some difference in build quality that I don't know about but as far as I know there are no other differences. So the sound profile might be a little different.

It might be, I have my main gaming monitors brightness up more than normal to bring up the shadows in games. Sometimes videos can look a little different. Some preset modes on monitors can do that too.

Sadly there is no real time battery level. It tells you at 10% that it's low but not where you can check it.

The only way the headset connects to the Xbox is with a 3.5mm cable into the controller. It does not work wirelessly

I can agree, I rarely use the wheel click but it is harder to press down then some of my other mice. The good news is you will not accidentally press it.

Most everything is made in China when it comes to electronics. The good news is If you purchased through Amazon you can do a return for a replacement. I find it easier to call customer support for that to be set up.

It is a good budget controller just be aware It defaults to Switch mode sometimes when the PC goes into sleep mode or restarts. To get it back to Xinput either use the mode button held down so the 1st and fourth sets of lights hold firm. Or simply remove the dongle restart the Controller then reinsert the dongle and you're back to Xinput.

Hahaha nice ad for a headset that is 4x the price. Sure that would be a fantastic had said if you want to spend $300 or if you can maybe catch it on sale less. But the Red dragon does support PlayStation and can be wired for your Nintendo switch I do appreciate the comments but there's no need to advertise a headset that's completely in a different price range.

Yes the keyboard should work with a PS5. But of course the software will not since you cannot install it. I can not officially confirm since I do now have a PS5 but most keyboards work with PS5.

The easiest way that I was able to see a difference. Go on to KZbin and look up a Dolby 7.1 surround sound test video It will play in all the different speaker zones and I was able to personally hear a difference between the two modes.
