For how long can you weld in the 6mm setting? Also, are you able the put your preferred settings without putting the thickness of the material? Thanks.
@timmyb90692 ай бұрын
@@felixvillalon8909 yes you can put your own setting on if you would like. You can weld for as long as you would like. Depending on the power at your place of residence

I find the settings a bit painful. All this synergic is good, but manual seems non existant for stick. What ever happened to a machine where you could just dial up 90 amps or 120 amps. It only displays voltage. When you are welding, and cant see the display, i think it shows the amps drawn

Like it probably will get one. Tape and a low profile boxed end if enough room. Cheap but doesn't work everywhere.

As a former worker for one of the world's largest conveyor manufacturer, we all used tongue and groove pliers.
@michaelpetherbridge132110 ай бұрын
Instead of using the futhest pin. Use the pin closest to the radius/closed end of the link. Much easier, and no where near as finnicky. I do it all the time when adjusting my bike chain. Hope this helps for the future!

There is something nice about having the specialized tool. I have the OEM spark plug socket for my Honda Shadow 750, a regular one will work fine but the OEM one has a relief cut where it's needed. I cry when I buy them but then when I use specialty tools I thank my self after! Plus if your time is $ its a no brainer, thankfully no one pays me 😂
@timmyb906910 ай бұрын
That’s it mate I’m always like pay for good tools now they will pay for them selfs when you pick them up and use them that first time😊

I find the long, flat needle end of the pliers handy for holding tight to the wire if you need to pull all the wire from the gun. Traditional pliers dont seem to be able to get as much surface area contact and tend to slip. Good little video man!

I'd only say that twisting your contact tip on with the pliers is often unnecessary. No need to wrench down on it and bugger up the threads in the diffuser. Finger tight is good enough. Other than that, they're super handy. Cheers.

Hey mate. Just found your channel and enjoying your reviews. I’m a farmer from WA so I like the idea of tools and skills used on the farm machines. Just discovered recently a tool called a pliers wrench and another called a cobra both made by Knipex. Check them out. You might throw away your adjustable crescents like I’m going to😁 Cheers mate.
