Well it depends on tv you have i would go to settings and look for the following options 1.Accessibility -> autoplay vedio -> turn on 2. USB Settings -> Turn On or Propmt You will have to choose if you would like to be asked every time usb inserted (prompt) or automatically display by choosing Turn (ON) 3. Time -> sleeper timer -> OFF 4. Power -> Power on -> Last used TV input 5. Power -> Auto power savings And uncheck any times you have saved if none no check mark present

Figured it out. Just going back to factory default settings in a reset does the trick. Thanks for a great product!

1) He touches on what it is at the beginning of the video. If you still aren't sure, do a search on the product. 2) You need a device like a Chromecast to connect Display NOW CMS via the internet to your TV/screen.
