Heyy!! im also trying to be on my natural hair journey as well. I have two questions. The first one is since you said you do the mask every week does that mean your washing your hair fully every week too? And my second question is how did you learn to understand your hair? because I’m still trying to learn to understand my hair 😭😭

Hi!💗 so I’ll cowash once a week if my hair isn’t dirty (so just with a conditioner only). And I learned overtime, using different products, testing different methods & picking which ones had the results I was looking for. Hope this helps💙

I’ve kept this similar method for years because I found out what works best for me. It took a lot of trial & error to find out which products work the best on my hair. When I was 17 I would try everything with the basic knowledge I had! & even knowing what I know now I still try new methods, products etc. It’s okay to learn your hair a little more, but you’ll find what works best for you, & as long as you watch my videos I can try to recommend products for you to try as well!💙 hope this helps!!!

Thank you so much! I use a Denman brush and I use the cowash as a detangler so whenever I get done detangling my hair is when I rinse it out❤️

Also after detangling with the No5 do you rinse and then go in with the deep condition or just add it on top & rinse all together? I love the video ❤ look forward to seeing many more

Hey girl!💗I do a full wash w/ olaplex only before I get a silk press (which is every few months) and when I’m going back curly after having a silk press. I don’t use it every wash due to the high amount of protein olaplex has. It’s more so to prepare, revive, & protect my curls from heat or heat damage. After I detangle with No. 5 I do rinse it all out first and then apply the avocado deep conditioning mask. Hope this helps☺️

Unrefined local honey is the best! & I settled for great value cause that’s what I had at home lol
