Omg you’re actually amazing, I just finished my first pole vault season and I fell in love with the sport, I aspire to be like you and one day make it to national competitions, at the very least make it to college level. Do you have any tips for someone like me who’s starting out?

Dang bro good job! I’m in 8th grade and juts PR’d at 14’1 the other day and I wanna jump like 15 freshman year and 18 by senior year

I was at the National meet in Austin and saw you jump. Looking at the progression it seems the biggest difference was getting on bigger poles to go from mid 17's to 18+. Well done.

That’s awsome I’m excited to see where I go just ended my freshman year with 12:3 I have gotten 12:6 at practice but I had to move up a pole during state😭

This is awesome dude congrats, I just ended my 8th grade season with an 11ft jump and winning middleschool state and being #1 in the state. Awesome progression man keep up the good work!
