Great vid man! I’ve been to Cambodia myself and Siem reap and the Koh rong islands were the best parts for me! But yes Phnom penn was very sketchy I almost got robbed there twice! I stayed in Onederz and it’s a nice place but the area was terrible! There was a 24 hour restaurant next door which was odd but I thought the food there was nice but that’s just me haha!

I've been to over half of the places you've been to (and plenty of other places). I haven't been to Nicaragua yet but it's also on my list for my next trip. You should also see more of Mexico if you have a chance, if you make it back to Costa Rica I'd add La Fortuna to the list (I liked it more than Monteverde). Maybe visit a new beach town too like Tamarindo or Puerto Viejo (you can also go to Bocas del Toro, Panama from there). But the world is a big place and I'm sure you have other regions you want to visit.

In my opinion the most mystical country and unusual place for tourism is Tiraspol (Transnistria) or Sukhumi (Abkhazia)

Kosovo is independent and there is no doubt about that, we should not get carried away. Serbs from Kosovo buried themselves because they voted in a huge percentage for Vučić, who gradually gave almost all the responsibilities to Pristina. No one forced them, when the Democrats were in power in Serbia, they did not vote for them, but mostly for the Radicals and DSS. Those who are their leaders from the Serbian List have provided themselves with apartments in Belgrade

How are the hostels compared? I've travelled throughout SEA and loved the hostels there, i do like the more 'luxury' hostels tho, curtains & AC is quite a dealbreaker for me. How would you say they compare?
@OlliePotts
@OlliePotts 15 күн бұрын
I'd say CA's are more basic but there are more luxury alternatives - you can always count on the Selina's if you're willing to pay a little more. In some countries you'll find similar to SE Asia for the price but Costa Rica, Panama and Gaute less so.

I am an American but I’ve been in Albania for the past five months and this is my second visit here. This video is by far THE most inaccurate video that I have ever seen about Albania. 1-The food is amazing here very fresh and yummy, most people who are getting sick are cheap backpackers who don’t want to buy water and drinking from the tap. The water itself doesn’t have any problem, but the piping in this country is old so you should ALWAYS buy water, plus literally there is a pharmacy in every corner and the medicine is so much cheaper than every other country in Europe 🙄 2- food service is slow everywhere in Europe comped to The U.S. it is not slower in Albania than Paris and it NEVER takes up to an hour to get your food! 3- I would say in 60% of places specially in big cities like Shkoder or Tirana you can pay with credit card. 4- some of your advices are as obvious as saying water is wet!! Book your hostel two weeks in advance and don’t go to ATM every other day think about how much you want to spend and take out that amount at once! So shocking 5- again extremely inaccurate information there are several taxi services such as green taxi or blue taxi that you can contact them via WhatsApp or get the Patoko App they are very reliable and extremely reasonably priced. I booked with them several times myself for an example a 3 AM airport ride was only 1200 lak or €12 for 25 minutes ride! I’m sure you would like to have more followers and views on your videos, but please do your research next time!!

@@OlliePotts I completely understand and there is nothing wrong with backpacking, I have done it myself. It’s just not OK to give inaccurate information such as it takes an hour to get your food or there is no option to order a cab online if you don’t know, you don’t know, but don’t stated those as facts. Also, I don’t think being a backpacker means you don’t care about your health a large bottle of water is 60¢ here!

An Englishman complains about another countries cuisine 😂. Let’s not forget the British cuisine consists of unidentifiable beige lumps of something or other deep fried into oblivion. Plastic so called breads, sausages made out several animals including their unmentionables that should come with health warning and bad imitations of Indian dishes. Albania is mentioned consistently for its fresh produce and unique fusion of Ottoman and Mediterranean. I’d rather go into an Albanian restaurant every day of the week than into a British one once a year

Why didn't you visit one of the ghettoized Serbian settlements where since 1999 Serbs live in isolation behind barbed wire and where patrols of foreign occupation armies protect them from being terrorized by Albanians. When you recommended monasteries, why didn't you say that they are monasteries of the Serbian Orthodox Church, and that they represent Serbian cultural heritage dating back to the 10th century.

Kosovo is part of Serbia forever now USA kidnapped that part with NATO bombing and devasted our country, there is problem with Milošević nationalistic goverment who made horrible mistakes on Kosovo that is the main reason why we lost for now that part of our country for now, but lot of countrys do not recognize Kosovo as independent country for example Spain and much more
@dand2810

@@jugoslavnamljidjiu9021 no one really cares what a socialist country like Spain has to say tho; Kosovo is recognised by 114 countries, it'll be hard to reverse that. NATO bombed y'all because you were doing 20% extra war crimes back then - i do agree it was wrong (and i'm usually a big fan of NATO), as you had the bigger army and that was par for the course; but it happened. Move on and work on repairing your own country - outside of Novi Sad and small chunks of Belgrade, it's very backwards. Plus this populism and love for putin really makes y'all look like cartoon villains. it's embarrassing.
