最近看中一個房子叫Miranda Hill ' 位於North Kiara ＇請教你的意見如何？ 聽聞附近住了很多外芳＇治安差嗎？

Miranda Hill 总体来说挺不错的。 1. 紧邻东边有一块BT Homestead 所有的三角形土地, 如果今后盖高楼的话对朝东和朝北的户型会有比较大的影响 2. 目前基础设施还比较薄弱, 有交通阻塞和道路浸水, Jalan Segambut Dalam 的拓宽, 并和Jalan Kiara 4的连接工程进展缓慢(可能是土地收购的问题)、而且大概几年一次Jalan Segambut Dalam在暴雨时，因为旁边的河流涨水会造成水灾。 不过Miranda Hill有两个出口降低了交通阻塞和道路浸水的风险 3. 附近有MRT3车站的建设计划, 希望在建设过程中能改善基础设施，并同时改造附近一带的棚户区， 不过那也是差不多10年以后的事了。 这一带的外劳应该是附近建筑工地的劳工居多， 治安我认为不用担心， 只是早晚在路边摆摊对交通市容有一些影响。

I think another issue to consider is the inconvenience of the location. Based on Google Maps, if you visit The Curve or 1 Utama and wanna go back to Hampton, you must go through the LDP toll TWICE.

now that aman puri is very near to MRT monorail , traveling become very convenience. next to MRT damansara sentral is the newly installed (but established long time ago, formerly known as TLC home school, from Ativo Plaza) Suria International School. this is area is awesome and peaceful.

Yes it is consider super low density! It’s funny I heard people trying to fight regarding high density from outside. Brainless lor! If u wan low density from outside, u should buy property at other state like perak, Melaka, Kuantan.. wake up people.. this is Wilayah persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

Bought a 471sqft unit at Residential Tower, however it's still considered under SOHO as shown in the SPA. I am still considering between renting out long-term or short-term (AirBnb), regardless, your verdict overall strikes more faith that it was indeed a right purchase for future investment.

居住环境太差了，推荐sierramas住可以，其他衣、食、行都不方便。衣食住行，对于海外朋友这基本的条件还是需要的。BRP出行叫车还是不方便。
