Has anyone other than me tried to access "The Country Show" in the last few weeks only to find what looked like the same recordings titled as something to do with the Grand Ole Opry?

As a young boy I was fortunate to be able to see Roy Acuff do a yo yo trick and see Tex Ritter, too at the Ryman, but sadly, it was the week that Stringbean and his wife were killed. Bless them all in Hillybilly Heaven.❤

I have heard a lot of good things about Jimmy Dickins. He seems to have helped a lot of people in his lifetime. Could do with more folk like that.

Rock and Roll on a Country Music Show ???? well, yes actually, American Rock and Roll did emerge from the ''Hillbilly'' music, lighter foot tappin' tunes that blended with the Blues and Soul music and became American Rock n Roll, then came the English Invasion....

The volume is too low on this post. Needs to be increased, would have more views. I realize since I use an I-pad, I can't turn the volume up, but this one is too low.

Anthony I agree with you 100%, today’s country music isn’t what it used to be like back in fiftys. But then again I’m 74 years young., born in 1946 April 12.
