We easily spend £200- £300 a month alone for us.. and that is for 2 people. No way is this enough for a month.

Sugar free drinks like squash are so bad for you! Artifical sweeteners give me the worst migraines and my gp told me people have had their funerals planned by their family thinking they were dying due to sweeteners like aspartame.

My cost for just me and my 5 year old is about 100 a week plus local shop trips every day or two, I don’t know how anyone does It😩I need help! 😳I’m a Sainsbury’s shopper, I tried Aldi once The other week and I must say the prices are great and I think the store not being so gigantic helps!

Well done for trying to quit the fizzy drinks! We bought a £15 soda stream (second hand) so we can cut out plastic bottles & my kids have easily given up squash in favour of fizzy water. Maybe look into buying & cooking pulses & beans...lentils make a tasty Dahl!!

Buy lactase tablets from Holland and Barrett if lactose intolerant. You will be able to eat diary. Take the tablet half an hour before. If one tablet don’t work, take two. My partner is lactose intolerant and he’s able to eat everything now. A true life saver. Try!

People Are So Negative In The Comments Saying About Her Not Buying Enough Fruit And Vegetables, I Actually Can't Believe It Some Are Asking To See Her Meal Plan For The Month LOL! How Do You All Know This Doesn't Last Her? I Think She's Done Ok.. Like She Said She Has Spag Bol And Pizza, You Can Also Freeze Leftover Foods.. And Maybe Her Little One's Aren't Keen On Vegetables People Are So Quick To Judge About " Unhealthy " 🙄

may be she can't aford to spend £200 a week on food, even when i had 5 adults and my grandson living with us, i never spent that amount on food. Not being funny you are lucky you can, some people can't because they don't earn enough to once all their bills are paid, there is three of us now, all adult, i spend about £30 or just under a week also not everyone eats three meals a day. Do you know your body only needs the amount off one meal a day any more and you are over eating

Hmm, doesn’t seem like much fresh vegetables and fruits for a month! Also would like to see what the meal plan is like for the month and what is being eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner for me to believe this is viable and healthy. I spend £80 a month for a family of 5 and that includes all three meals a day and snacks for inbtween for all of us. We also consume far more fruit and veg.
