Love you. So relatable. Great sketching and great editing too. I loved how you are being your own best teacher. Hope you also give your self some deep space to develop your own fine art in a big way. As you have so much talent and skill, and also that impressive self- discipline.

This is a lovely and honest video. I just wanted to say, you mentioned your half of the mortgage. It doesn't really work in halves now that you are raising a baby. You are the primary caregiver no matter how you try to split it. Whats yours is his and vice versa now you have a baby together.

Bonjour, j’ai acheté la même imprimante il y a quelques semaines. Quel papier texturé utilisez-vous pour vos illustrations ? J’ai acheté du papier canson premier prix mais le résultat est nul. Je réalise mes illustrations sur’Procreate

You look amazing and so, so happy! Congratulations on your little girl! I can totally relate to anxiety just disappearing - I had exactly the same. I used to hate going anywhere on my own; shopping, speaking to people on the phone, organising appointments etc, even going out to work at some of the jobs I did, but as soon as my first was born 8 years ago that evaporated! It’s like they’re the most important thing now, so how can we possibly worry about all those little things anymore! Anyway - it was so interesting to listen to you, and so lovely to see you absolutely radiant! X

I know a lot of women have the "Getting to know them" form of love! It's more common than you think, and it's really quite a sweet way of loving someone, imo!

Lovely to see you after ages, I used to watch you regularly. Congrats on having Ro and best wishes for your life as new mum. Nice to see you looking so happy, your daughter looks like a joy. Art will take its own place, and you will find how that works given time. In the meantime just enjoy. This time will go sooo fast and suddenly be gone, make the most of it.

It's so refreshing to hear that falling in love with your baby takes time, that you don't necessarily have a sudden spark of inspiration and that it takes much longer than you think to finally start feeling even remotely like a human being 🥲 Also thank you for the productivity tips while being a parent! It's like you gave me confidence to be ok to just focus on one task a day 😂

Hello lovely, it's so nice to see you and Miss Ro! I think I say this every time I watch your videos, but I could listen to you talk for hours, your voice is so soothing. Also love that you're not putting too much pressure on yourself, and you know you're right where you need to be at this stage in your life. 🌻💛🪴

Maybe try some upbeat music for Rose alternating with screen time? We loved music and dancing around. I love being a mom. My daughter is 42 now! I am thankful for her everyday. Congrats and you are doing great as a new mom. We don’t get much training for this mom job. On the job training is what most of us get. It works.

She is so adorable! Congratulations! I understand exactly where you are coming from - when I had my first baby (who is about to turn 21-yikes!) I pretty much became Mom and that was it. My only "me" time was either taking trips with my mom alone or going to school. It was really hard to transition out of once the kids become more independent. My youngest is in his senior year of high school and now I'm trying to figure out how to fill my days when I don't have to deal with school stuff. Working on a MS in Publishing now and will graduate in May, so hopefully writing and reading will take up most of my time. But I also hope to get into drawing, as well. Love your videos and happy to see you back! Just remember it's OK for others to take the baby from time to time. Gives you a break and gets her used to being around people, which is a good thing!

Congrats new Momma! Your cycle may have come back so soon because of diet. Good on you not posting photos/images of your baby or her real/full name online!!! You may want to give her/refer to her by her Kradin (day name) based on the day of the week (and time) she was born. We often use the Kradin until a baby has their naming ceremony and as the community name. FYI: I had Twin daughters and managed my art/design studio with two babies on my back and hip living across the country from my Mother and entire family. It's not impossible or hard as new/young mothers want to make it out to be. I never stopped being an artist/designer one day when the Twins came. They're in their 40s now and both are bad a#z multidisciplinary artists too. As a new mother there is NO thing wrong with putting yourself first about certain things so that you won't loose your mind or have a "nervous" or spoiled baby/child. Happy wife, happy life. If Momma ain't happy no one is happy. LOL! Be sure to give Ozzie (sp) his alone man-time regularly and make "date night" time for the two of you without the baby.

Congratulations! Your daughter is adorable and you look really happy, so nice to see. I can relate to pretty much everything you said about motherhood, (especially not being bothered/anxious anymore about 'small' things! ☺️) it's the most beautiful thing in the world, but also the most challenging and difficult at times. My son is almost 14 now, that brings a whole lot of new challenges and worries, but I wouldn't want to miss it for the world. Oh, and it's true; time flies, make sure you make the most of this time in your life!

Congratulations from a long time fan from France ! I follow you since many years now and your work has always inspired me. I'm also an illustrator and a mom of 2 years old that i watch full time, so balancing is my day to day life :) So I wanted to share with you THE book that has help me since my son was about 6 months old in order to live a calm and peaceful motherhood with no pressure. The book is called "Hunt, gather, parent" by Michaeleen Doucleff. I teaches us what ancien cultures do to raises children. It's a wonderful book that i recommend to everyone. Blessings :)
