the main reason i stopped buying sweets entirely is most people during the holiday seasons do exact that is buy sweets lol then they complain how they need to lose weight and still have too much candy left over and we all feel bad about that since holiday treats to eat start around Halloween , then Thanksgiving, of course Christmas, New Years haha, then oh my Valentines day the very next month and for some St Patrick's day to then Easter. That does not include birthdays many celebrate for the children in between. I know i tend to over think things but it at times can be a life saver. So yes the handmade items listed here are absolutely a 100% a must do for gifts at Christmas or any special moment treasurable gift to make for others for any special occasion. For me making neat things that were listed on this video works because i can make minis and put each mini item cluster in a gift bag and hand them out at the medical clinic i go to for my monthly physical treatments and it doesn't look like i was cheap about gift giving but it doesn't look too personal either. It keeps things at that perfect embrace but professional level. So everyone feels that important Holiday cheer without any worries.

These are great ideas, the bear hat is so cute and I have grandchildren who will love that. On your voucher idea. One year I wanted to make each of my 3 girls a hat and infinite/cowl set but wanted them to choose the design. So, I made a gift card with the picture of each different pattern for them to choose from and it was a big hit. You can do the same idea for any patterns for any person you want to make a special gift for.
