Great question. It depends on the association in Canada. Some associations view their EIT or MIT as a member so discipline would take place. Where is other associations view them as nonmembers so enforcement is more likely to happen.

Hi, I’ve done my graduation in Mechanical Engineering. But I’ve around 10 years of working experience in Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering. My graduation was from India, but I’ve get it evaluated from WES. Also I’ve completed Post Graduation in Project Management from Canada only. I’m looking to get P.Eng from APEGA in Industrial Engineering only. Currently I’m working in Alberta as an Industrial Engineering only. Am I eligible to get my P.Eng from APEGA in Industrial Engineering?

Hi I heard in Peo Nppe exam in June Nppe is removed association specific question ?

Hi Safa. This is correct. After the April 2022 sitting, PEO shortened the NPPE for its members to 2.5 hours. It is now the 110-questions multiple-choice exam with no Ontario-specific questions.
