The book is written from a perspective of the protagonist- who is Denied Access Area spy for the CIA. . Kane travels to borderland’s of Pakistan, afghan , Iran exfiltrate a man with vital information for the safety of the West-but instead he meets an adversary who will take the world to the brink of extinction. It’s a thriller, and second book by Terry Heyes after I’m Pilgrim which is also a very good novel. I don’t know if people in here read 800 pages novels still-). Terry Heyes the author himself was the investigative reporter before becoming a writer. Would love to discuss more on other riveting novels !
