Is Mantra the same as meditating or should you do both. Because I find mantra chanting much easier to be consistent with than meditation.

Hey Jason, I’ve been watching a lot at your videos since 3 months, thank you very much, my life changed. Do you think you could make a video precisely on the death and life of the ego ? 😊 Sometimes I’m on sometimes I’m off, I know I just get caught in mental again but I missed trust in believing the path sometimes ( even tho I’m still following it and have lots of glimpses of it during the day lol ). I find it super difficult to keep truth with people and friends, sometimes I’m in the heart I feel the happiest, but sometimes I’m disconnected from everything and feel worthless, some social anxiety come ect. If feels like I can ONLY be ok communicating with people when I’m 100% in truth/love/heart. But I know people who can communicate normally and being aligned even tho they are suffering of course. I hope that makes sense, thank you very much again !!
