I tried out this bread and was quite happy with the taste and texture. Baking time required was 65-70 mins because the toothpick wasn't coming out clean. And also the milk required after adding the flour was almost half cup to reach the required consistency. I think I'll make this recipe several times to achieve perfection. The excitement is same within me as much as you seeing the cake/bread rise in the process of baking. Mehnat safal hone ka ehsaas achcha lagta hai 😀. So now just subscribed your channel too for new recipes fully loaded with excitement 😄😄👍🏻. I've tried out bread recipe almost 15-20 times and initially failed badly nearly 6-7 times. Then I used to make toast out of failed recipes. But this one was the best among all. Taking longer to bake is fine till the results are good. Its worth the time and efforts.

Seema ji..is microwave mein baking karna easy hai..basic tips for baking : baking hot blast mode par hoti hai.. : kisi bhi recipe mein jo bhi temperature time mention hai.. same temp & time par baking hoti hai is microwave mein. (Thoda time kam ya zyada ho sakta) : always preheat on given temperature before baking.. Good luck & happy baking

Bhupinder ji Microwave mein convection mode par baking hoti hai..is recipe ke liye pehle convection mode pe 180 degrees par preheat kariye fir 180 degrees pe 45 mins tak bake kariye ya fir jab tak toothpick clean na nikle..

@@YashiVaidikiDiaries I think even 1 cup of curd should be fine since we need to add milk later on. So the milk required will be lesser and adding 1 cup curd will make the bread more fluffier. Anyways since it's your recipe; you are the best judge 👍🏻
