The vid say toxic but in this clip he smiled to indicate it as a joke before she answered. Jokes is how he flirts. If you watch the show, he's not really toxic just childlike/adolescent humor which contrasts with the very Yuppy styling of the main characters, but them being embarrassed of him not being a Yuppy being passed off as if he's toxic, makes the poster, toxic. In fact there's an episode where Karen convinced him that he's just seen as meat by Grace, so he refuses to have sex, wanting to make sure him & Grace know/like each other for who they are and not sex... And Grace chases him around the apartment trying to make him have sex instead. Karen messed w Grace too, but the point is, he's not childish, just childlike/flirts using young at heart comedy/isn't a Yuppy but more mature than yuppies in some examples in the show as well. He's different, not toxic.[Bill & Tom kaulitz from Tokyo hotel are a good visual of different but not toxic.] This guy never actually clashes w anyone in the show ever.

I’m SURE that she was miming all of those scenes!!! Her lips weren’t in sync with the dialogue recording!! Phoney!! Back to the bodega for another ham and cheese with a small bag of chips and an orange drink (if you know you KNOW 🙄) “DUCK!!! Duddy’s got a GUN!!” Never mind, her purse is empty…looolol

It’s so great to see these later reboot series episodes. But one dynamic I notice, is that this time around the writers did seem to be a bit obsessed with injecting some Lucy Ricardo-esque humorous situations in more than a few ways, eg the “grapes-stomping” vat smack down knockoff, the Grace and Karen locked filling shower segment, the Grace and Karen candymaking conveyor belt routine, Grace’s Lucy-flavored humor spotlights, and so on. Oh well, at least they were imitating the greats! ❤

Unpopular opinion: Will got what he deserved in the end. He didn’t care about Barry when Barry didn’t meet his standards. He literally built a boyfriend for himself, then got devastated when Barry realized that he could do better than Will. I didn’t like Will in these episodes and I’m glad he got left alone.
@Mugiwara2kСағат бұрын
Agreed, these episodes made Will look super shallow. When Barry was his regular self he wasn’t interested at all, but the second he got a glow up, he was all over him. Doesn’t paint him in a good light at all.

I liked Barry with beard and glasses better. He was so hot. Something seriously wrong with NY gays. And yes, my hubby can't dance at all. Full lumberjack mode. But nonetheless he is dancing for me and with me. He makes me laugh. Not because he can't dance but because he want to dance with me. And I really don't care if he can't dance. We just... dance.
