Unfortunately not. I didn't have room for it at that house. I now have a bigger house and have since obtained another Alpha 1.

That's a really sneaky place for a speed camera van as people will always be going fast when overtaking there. I can't help but notice that you have some great clips on your channel and i was wondering if you would mind if i used a few in my dashcam videos fully credited and linked to you of course. I remember that type of light from some years ago although of course sadly I know that they are not around now then and would have been replaced by the other sort of lights as others have said too. But thank you though too of course!

I built it to lift up but I find it easier just to crawl under it. Maybe when I get older things may change 🙂

According to the latest streetview imagery it was still there last June but I no longer live there so I have no idea if it's been changed since then.

Question I have a 53ft well car HO scale and my train is derailing a lot 18in track what track should I use to get the derailment fixed please help

The minimum radius on my layout is 24in. Perhaps the curves are too tight for your 53ft car.

I bought that from a model train store. I had real trouble finding modern vehicles. Virtually everything is from the 50's and 60's which wouldn't look right on a modern layout unless there was a classic car parade passing through! The Corvette came from an antique mall.

How are these brake lines holding up, any problems with them?

They are great. The Loctite superglue really works and they have never fallen off. The only problem I had is when using too much glue it makes the section of hose adjoining the car too rigid which doesn't allow it to bend properly to mate to the adjacent hose. It looks like a V shape instead of the proper U shape. To rectify this I've had to remove it, scrap the glue off and refit it with less glue. I've also weathered most of my rolling stock since this video was made and the aerosol spray makes the hoses a matt gray which looks a lot more authentic than the shiny black they were originally.

I’m planning to do this in my living room area. But the track is gonna be up close to the ceiling. I’m a newbie to train stuff so I’m still researching

I built mine at waist height so I can see the train running when I'm working on the PC. A lot of guys build theirs near the ceiling but I see a few problems - firstly, the view of the trains won't be as good and secondly it's going to get incredibly dusty up there and locomotive motors don't like that.

I used the same paint as on the walls as I wanted it to blend in. Plain lumber can be dusty and that is not good for locomotive motors.
