Für mich ist (m)ein Messer erst dann wirklich rattenscharf, wenn ich damit die Härchen auf meinem Handrücken (oder Unterarm) trocken abrasieren kann.

Cette action n'affûte pas elle corrige le fil de la lame qui n'est plus droit il est devenu ondulé décentré d'avec le dos de lame de votre couteau ce qui fait que la coupe se déforme et devient large créant beaucoup de résistance. Vous pouvez utiliser la queue de rat qui est une tige d'acier trempée rainurée faite pour ce redressement et qui accompagne souvent les ensemble de couteaux de cuisine. Le fil hyper tranchant d'une lame se courbe avec une simple pression sur votre planche a découper.

Okay so here's a faster way you can sharpen a knife perfectly flip over a mug and point the knife at a 20 degree angle on the bottom of the mug and swipe forward and keep doing that and that will sharpen the knife if you have any questions feel free to ask

Very inenious, but it’s a time wasted which I could use in something more productive. I prefer to go to a hardware Store, and buy a file to do it in less than 5 minutes. Don’t you think so? 😂👍
