I love this video, thank you. I spent hours before this reading and trying to figure out how to get past the Feature Selection screen. Come to find out from your video, that the Persistent Service IP Addresses notification and Add/Edit button was in a hidden part of that window, with no scroll bar on the right to show that I had to scroll. The Next button would light up and grey out immediately and I thought I had no option. IT sucks sometimes.

1) create vpc and subnet 2) create customer gateway 3) create virtual private gateway and attached to vpc 4) create route table and enable rout propagation . Also verify subnet association 5)and create vpc connection 6) download config for iOS router 7)make sure security group has vpn end point allowed inbound 8) verify remote end to vpc reachability 9) verify IKEv2 SA and IPSEC SA from router

ISE upgrade should not cause any issues unless there is a certificate change. In worse case, you may have to re-do the integration.

Please be informed that with new IOS 17.x the default behaviors Changes - For username and enable password no need to specify "algorithm-type script" it is on by default. Just type in your plain text password and IOS will convert it to Type-9 encrypted in running-config.

Thanks for the question. Yes SGT tagging is possible with other knobs like CLI where you can hard code IP to SGT or even a vlan. Checkout BGP EVPN VXLAN demo, I am doing the same there,

Great question. Firewall rule available under Group Policy has two construct - Layer 3 and Layer 7. Layer 3 has only TCP,UDP,ICMP and Any Layer 7 can do well known applications or categories. That mean SGT or Groups are not visible in Group Policy, so we cannot use SGTs in Firewall policy. Hope that helps. Thanks!

Great question. I’m trying to use with a BE-880Q, but the data never shows up. Only ***. When using the ucenter2 I can see all the NMEA messages there. I’ve tried many different baud rates, including the standard one that is 38400, but no success.

Thank for question, 38400 or 115200 is the baud rate I recommend, Please make sure you have Tx and Rx connected as per the program or simply try swapping them. NEMA is for serial communication and should not tied to any specialized software.

@@SDNTechForum Thank you. I discovered that the problem was with a library that I was using to read the GPS signal. When I read directly from the serial port, the problem was solved. However, regarding the baud rate of 38400, I tried to change it, but it didn’t work and gave me an error.

Hi @sdntechforum, I have a pair of c9800 in sso redundancy. I need to change the hostname. Do i have to break the sso to change the hostname of the secondary? Or a hostname command in the cli of the primary is enough as the hostname of the secondary doesnt seem to appear anywhere after redundancy is configured. And if i do break the sso will i be able to access the secondary wlc using the original mgmt ip. The hostname change is just to conform to the company standards..
