Or has the fine state of Georgia gone the same way as California and spent their entire tobacco budget ahead of time? Nobody is saying vaping an e-Cigarette is 100% safe, they're all saying it's 99% safer than SMOKING A REAL CIGARETTE. As far as it being a "Smoking Cessation" device, it *is*. If you're not smoking a tobacco cigarette or equivalent (cigar, cigarillo, etc) then it's a cessation. Wake up and talk to some e-Cigarette users before spouting some pre-written nonsense designed to scaremonger and defame..
