The difference is noticeable side-by-side. It's subtle but very important. I think the benefit is also that the nasty frequencies don't occupy as much amplitude allowing you to create a perceptably louder track without actually increasing the overall amplitude of the music. Thanks for this informative video. I happen to be newly recording sessions in GarageBand and have recently done a 25-track recording with electronic drum and keyboard inputs. Some tracks are for the whole duration of the song whereas some are of short duration. Will I benefit by making arrangement sections at this stage of the project? In your video here you seem to have used loops for the project.
