When I heard this song I knew I was struggling to get to sleep. After it finished I knodded off pretty quickly.

So many memories come flooding back. Listening to the shipping forecast and thinking of all of those exotic names that the BBC reader was repeating, then in later life at sea depending on that same forecast as a seaman . Now I still listen to it as the inshore forecast is good for quite a distance inland.

I heard this on Classic FM on the More Music Breakfast before going to work and it's so calming and very relaxing especially at this time of the morning. I also heard it played on Classic FM late at night too. Has such a good calming effect and so peaceful. :)

This light music is a God's gift - a masterpiece from Ronald Binge. It descends a mild British culture, though not as glorious as past centuries, but still subtlely invincible by now.
