@@michelestepanik ma io ho un col moschin preso anni fa e non mi ero trovato bene, adesso ho voluto provare un bf1 e un satre e devo dire che sono eccezionali, il bf1 è un po' scomodo il manico ma è solidissimo e robustissimo per essere un coltellino. Il satre non ha bisogno di presentazioni o elogi

Nice product made by NC machines, regular relief grooves on the blade, perfectly polished... But without the soul that only the hearth, hammer and other tools of a master swordsman can give to a cold weapon.

During Kmelnetsky uprising the first three battles over 6000 of these swords ended up in the Zaporozhian Cossacks plus the 106 cannons . Zaporozhian Cossacks knew how to fight the Polish Hussars by using musket, pistol and lassoing them in close quarters by the use of wagons . In some of Kmelnetsky battles Cossacks used dams to prevent drinking water for the Polish Commonwealth army to force them to fight . Kmelnetsky battles lasted usually two weeks so thrusting the sabre all day long for 14 days some mean feat . The secret was drinking coffee every Cossack drinking 2 litres of it a day will make a warrior fight for hours . Out of 12 major battles Kmelnetsky lost 3 of them and by 1653 the Polish Commonwealth army was reduced to 18000 men out of 150000 unable to carry on .

One other person besides me that owns one of these! I love mine. Got it dirt cheap because Americans never heard of this brand so a knife dealer could not sell any. I ended up buying 3 of them dirt cheap!

Buy a ceramic and hone it. It'll be a 8 1/4 inch razor blade. Scary sharp.

I use the block sharpener which is really a honing device and then a leather strop it really does take a hair shaving sharp level quite easy and after using it I wouldn’t use any other method besides honing because it doesn’t remove any metal from the blade and if it did it removes very little metal which will make your blades last longer compared to sharpening your knives with a wet stone or a machine sharpening device
