The fact that this video has only 16k views after 6 years is saddening and goes to show how most players aren’t investing in the knowledge of the game as much of the flashiness of it .

When there is a pick and roll, I tell the non-screener to lift and set a back screen on the screeners man. Any clips or ideas about this?

Guys, improve your skills doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some advice now. Get a training program called Spovelax Training Program (search on google). Thanks to it I've improve my skills. I should not even be speaking about it cause I don't really want lots of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I am just simply in a excellent mood today so I will share the wealth lol.

Take FT for your break. Make sure you set a goal and charge yourself some pushups or a sprint if you don't make your FT goal.

dont hate, some drills and some routines are much more effective with you getting the steps right first. Thats the important part. You'd much rather he does it like this correctly, and gets better/quicker gradually, than doing it rapidly but completely erratically and out of control, and he's actually doing some solid footwork. great video guys.

Love basketball drills after a workout - perfect to get that extra cardio in. Thanks for sharing these drills with us! The AbStand has been helpful for many people to achieve abs without having to get on the ground. This is very helpful to anyone with back or neck pain. Hope you'll check us out!
