had this setup let go and blow seal got 36k through the weep holes right to my chin. weep holes were to small to relieve pressure. you guys sent us previous model in exchange and had no issues.

NLB sucks!!!! We use one of their custom built 40k units and it constantly causes down time and wasted resources.

When Interpump bought NLB which from my understanding also owns General Pump too. I never thought for a million years that they would take the NLB name and just make another pressure washer. I've worked on both NLB pumps and pressure washers too. And NLB is a good name but there is hardly anything wrong with most pressures washers. If I could go to Northern Tools and buy a fully loaded pressure washer, it will last just as long as this. And most likely be 1/8 the price. !FAIL!

This is not just a pressure washer. This unit has at its heart a power end that we run up to 150 HP. It has a fluid end that is based on a design that has examples still running after 20 years. Your comment that there is nothing wrong with pressure washers might be true if you are the average homeowner and use them intermittently. This is a professional tool for contractors and others who use hot water pressure units to make money. A pressure washer you buy at Northern Tools will never, I repeat never, give an operator the performance and reliability of this NLB pump.
