You basically have to either drown him, deplete all of his blood and burn it or put him through more physical trauma/stress than his healing factor would be able to withstand and you’d have to consistently bombard him with HARD trauma. He literally survived being in a nuclear explosion. Granted it fried his lungs so he couldn’t gasp for air but his healing factor was putting in WORK when that happened plus Adamantium nerfs his healing factor, agility, and animalistic strength

Fun Fact: Every time you kill Doomsday his body learns and you can't kill him the same way twice. Superman once takes advantage of this by outsmarting Doomsday so that when he comes back he is smart enough to understand fear and pain.
