I have never heard of this fan-game before, but the 16x16 mod is making this game more accurate to the arcade graphics with some scrolling! Great video! I hope there could be a 24x24 version, but that will have to wait like GTA6.

@@ZacharyDietze For Pac-Man Plus, you're already covered, as the Tengen Pac-Man hack I showcased earlier is going to feature a Plus mode. As for the rest, I can probably see Jr. Pac-Man happening via ROM expansion, not too sure about Super or Pal.

Im pretty impressed with this hack. i also had an improvement hack of my own in the works since last year but i never finished it because i couldn't figure out how to change the color pallette of the ghosts to be brighter and i wasn't sure what else to change besides improve some of the strange fruit sprites and change some strange maze colors. What interested me is that some small things have been changed other than the graphics and colors like the speed and ghost behaviors. I'll be trying this out but i would also like to learn how a lot of this was possible too.

@@mindnomad They're listed in the readme, but I will summarize them here for convenience sake. The speed for Ms. Pac-Man and the ghosts have been altered so that it's more balanced, specifically so that it's actually playable without the Pac-Booster, although in harder difficulties, the ghosts are still slightly faster. The maze palettes have been changed for both the 6 Arcade colors and the additional maze set colors. The graphics have been updated to match the arcade game as well, and the Strange bonus items have been replaced with bonus items from other games like Super Pac-Man. Maze 3 in the Arcade set has its extra dots removed to make it more accurate to the source material. Inky and Sue retreat to their corners just like in the Arcade version. Maze 8 in the Strange set had its Klax and Toobin' adverts changed to (Ms.) Pac-Man related stuff. An alternate patch exists (shown in this video), that alters the times the ghosts remain blue to better match the Arcade game (this makes it more difficult to make it to round 32 because of this). The game over text stays in place in all maze sets (which is the only thing I forgot to put in the readme) and no longer scrolls.
