all of that sound just by changing out the downpipe? i have a 2024 R as well and currently exhaust shopping. A complete system would be ideal, but if its really just the downpipe that needs to be replaced to liven it up, would be a much cheaper route to go.

The fact that no one seems to hold onto these cars long term has always stopped me from buying one. What’s the deal.

I'm hearing the performance gains aren't really worth it even tuned. I've decided to skip the DP and just get a Catback on mine. We'll see how long that lasts... I'm in a manual and on the Full Torque APR Stage 1 93 tune. To go stage 2 they only recommend doing a CAI, and Intercooler... obviously I'd also have to do my stock clutch at that point too. I'm curious how long my stock clutch will last on the current tune.

great vid - I'm curious...I notice a lot of low RPM noise in 5th (DSG) with these on. I can't tell if that is common with the mount sets or if I have something going on with the trans. I couldn't really tell after the install because I was on winter tires and typically listen to radio and it's just one gear. Do you have something similar? Everyone talks about NVH (but always V not N or H)

For those that do not know: Everything you see some "BFI" for Engine & Trans Mounts does NOT include the 7-speed. So, if you have BFI in mind make certain you are a 6spd.

14:01 that is the impeller wheel not the compressor wheel, otherwise informative and helpful video. Also another point, you should always remove an oxygen sensor from the harness connector, twisting it up like that is not good for the wire strands.

My e91 320i LCI, it has possibly some bits of broken plastic chain guide somewhere in the sump, not sure! but I'm thinking of modifying a vacuum hose to smaller so i can pop through the oil level sensor hole and suck it out, temporary solution don't know :(

I swear man, just this OEM muffler sounds better than all the catback systems out there. Cold start, pulls, shifting, and zero drone. It's the best option until you start changing the downpipe.
