Really interesting session - and am aware that I miss the stimulation when I’m unavailable for a session. I still stand by hoping your work ultimately finds its’ way into every program and/or a chapter in every coaching book. Something on my mind recently is also the distinctions between mentoring and coaching - in terms of both process and delivery.
