"Every Jeep with a 4 low transfer case can participate..." O, how times have changed. Jeep won't let you participate with a stock Jeep anymore. Pretty shit of them to not allow their own vehicles in their own events, nowadays.

I've got a set on my Wrangler and have pounded the hell out of them for several years. I've had no issues with them and they are demonstrating long and even wear with 5k rotations. Love em. But the alternating lugs are not unique. They are common. But they do work. Great tire! I'll buy another set if they ever wear out.

Thank you for the quick input. How do we go about contacting the agent to instal MXT575VP4-WHIP MicroMobile®Two-Way Radio in preparation for the upcoming trail adventure?

Amen! As soon as you hit the trail you will truly be in awe, make sure you take a deep breathe and truly take it all in. This trail mentally tests you as much as your Jeep. You will be mentally fatigued after just 6 hours. This experience should help you really grow your off road skills as much as your confidence in what your vehicle is truly capable of. This is still my favorite trail!!

Jeep started the camel trophy, before there was a camel trophy! And in 1980 it did start with the Jeep! Then Land Rover took over.

Jeeps are still proudly made in the U.S.A. at the Toledo assembly plant. You can't beat those old CJs for simplicity and reliability, but the newer JLs are insanely capable, and thankfully much more comfortable.

Who can we discuss including clips of this video in our documentary? Season 1 is scheduled to air on Amazon Prime in Q1 of 2023. Thank you in advance for the information! Semper Fi, JP

Jeep Jamborees are yes, but there are so many other groups that do the same thing thats not limited to brand. This is just kind of cool because its sponsored by Jeep.

Have some 33 mt wildpeak on my 01 tundra and it runs good but going to try out the new km3 mt. Mud tires will last long as long as your alignment and balance is good.

Should rename this "How to select a mall crawler tire". Wild peak tires are junk! They wear out fast because they are cheap! You get what you pay for. Nitto trail grapplers perform great off and on road, and you will get 60,000+ miles out of them.
@BeanoNoir6 жыл бұрын
Softer tire compounds tend to have a higher wear rate, but by nature, deliver more traction. Harder tire compounds extend life, but also reduce traction fairly significantly. Higher silica content tires have increased hydrophobic capabilities and reduce chipping, but tend to get harder as a result. A true "mall crawler" tire will be more worried about highway longevity than traction, so bragging about how long a tire lasts, would be in direct contradiction to the anti- mall crawler rhetoric.

I had my vehicle worked on at this facility and was fortunate enough to get a small tour of the garage and meet some of the team members. These guys really do work magic when they construct these vehicles and they are really upbeat about what they are doing for the customers I feel. I was even fortunate enough to catch Mr. Gilmer away from his busy desk and in the garage where I happened to be at that particular time. He introduced himself and we spoke a few moments and he was off again. Just like to say what a setup they have there and moreover what a team they have assembled. Real Professionals! Hats off to the REBEL TEAM!!

This video is great. I love the song just past mid-way: There’s a spark that finds its way into a special kind of man that lights a fire deep in his soul that tells him “yes you can.” He can get out from behind his desk And go try something new Driving up the side of the world Is just the thing to do. Cause he’s driven by a dream A rainbow is his guide He get’s his strength from mother earth And a billion starry lights He’s driven by a dream Crossing rivers, climbing trees To turn the heartaches and the joys Into treasured … memories. This spark becomes a torch And is passed from man to man You can see it in their faces As they go lend a hand Each step makes him taller And fills his heart with pride When your driving up the side of the world You take it all in stride
