walkingtheboogie
This channel is mostly about keeping things live. I am doing live a weekly streaming show, playing 78rpm shellac records, as well as continuing to upload videos of live concerts I attend.
I plan to do the live show mostly on a Wednesday evening at 8 pm, UK time, but due to circumstances, this will sometimes be on Sundays. All shows will be available to watch afterwards though, so you can catch up any time.
It was the sharing of my love of live music that started this channel and my love of records that has led me to branched out into live streaming.
I chose the name Walkingtheboogie, as I love walking and boogiing. The title is a song by John Lee Hooker that came out on Chess Records. I hope to get a copy on shellac some day,
