Thank you for posting this audio book. Im at the 40 min mark where he speaks about not only abstaining from food but water also. I’ve tried and it was very difficult. There is a brother in China, brother Yun, who, while he was imprisoned for the Gospel, fasted from both food and water for 70+ days. I have never heard of such a thing! But as he wrote in this book “ a person will die UNLESS the Lord intervenes”.
