Love the video. Thanks for sharing. Have you ever heard of healing of a brain aneurysm vessel? I can't help but think if we can heal the endothelial lining or cells of the vessels for the heart like Dr. Esselstyn says... why can't I heal my brain vessels? I mean it's a thought. Does anyone know anything that can help me? Thoughts, ideas, people who have any good stories about aneurysm and healing? I already had a craniotomy in 2006 to fix one and now a new one formed right where the old one was fixed. I sure hope I can try to heal instead of another dangerous go at fixing it. Thanks
@NanSimonsen2 күн бұрын
What I do know Jonnie, is that what you stated is true. If this protocol can affect the endothelial sales, and it is focused on cellular repair throughout the body, it may not be able to heal the aneurysm, and yet it can strengthen your vascular health in waves that may mitigate damage. My best to you on this journey! 🌻🥰🌻
@emilybarry94105 күн бұрын
Great info Nan! Do you plan to stay raw after finished with the protocol?
@NanSimonsen4 күн бұрын
Hi Emily! When I finish the six weeks and was happy with my results, though I still have a ways to go with the reduction of the antibodies, I did step down from high raw. That means hyper nourishing every day with the smoothie and all that goes into it, And then having food which included raw as well as cooked for dinner. It seems to be working well for me. 🌻🥰🌻

There’s one thing I’m noticing that’s linear is that any lifestyle that includes a lot of cooked foods plant based or not attributes to aging. All raw vegans I keep seeing look at least 20yrs years younger than their actual born age. We are as old as the cooked waste that’s stagnated within the body and ages within. Cooked food requires a lot of water and digestive energy to make up for loss of water content &/or living enzymes, minerals and all other living nutrients as cooked foods are dead solids. Sure, cooked plant based is less exhaustive for the body than animal products but in a nut shell if it’s not living, it’s dead and useless - the body only uses as fuel for basic surviving not constant cellular regeneration and repair (which includes cellular turnover to diminish aging). Aging isn’t normal as you would never be able to tell the age of an animal in the wild, just the age of humans and domesticated pets as we’re the only living beings on earth who cook our food. Cooked foods= dead Living foods= alive We have trillions of cells and each individual one is made up of 80% water… at a molecular level we are 90% living water. Our molecular structure matches raw fruits (all fruit and veg is between 80-98% water in the form of h3o which is structured water perfect for our cells). Yayy raw living and naturally not aging 🎉🎉🎉🎉

@NanSimonsen6 күн бұрын
Hi Jackie. Now we’re gettingpersonal. I have a friend my age with similar hair color that is natural, so it shouldn’t be taken for granted that I color mine. On the other hand, I have nothing to hide. I use MadisonReed products which are not fully clean, but as clean as I could find for a good quality. And yes, I do believe that it could cause health problems. No HRT. It’s been 24 years since I went through menopause, and have not used any hormones.🌻🥰🌻
