I used to buy Peanut Chicken several times a week when a small deli nearby offered it decades ago. I guess they took it off the menu when the 'peanut allergy' scare swept the nation. I understand, but I love this dish and will be trying it myself soon. Thank you!

I love that you said “my way.” Great recipe. I too always cook my way. Emphasis is always on taste, texture and flavor!

I just made this, adding cubed chicken (for protein) and garnishing with scallions and sesame seeds. Delicious! This was a hit with the whole family, and I will definitely make it again. (Note: I used 1/4 cup of low-sodium soy sauce and it was perfect. If using full sodium soy sauce, you might want to reduce the amount a bit unless you like your food salty.)

I think the major thing people are overlooking is that these are air dried NOT fried, so they are lower in fat than other ramen. As a heart patient, I’ve been looking for a good healthier ramen option so I’d like to try these.

I made these recently, but the noodles were mushy and all stuck together in a ball with the sauce. Did I overcook the noodles or not strain them enough? Or both?

8:01 Asian Sesame Paste is not the same as Tahini. Chinese Sesame Paste is made with toasted sesame seeds. Tahini is made with raw sesame seeds making the Sesame Paste stronger with more depth of flavor.

The noodles are fabulous - thick and high quality. The sauces however, are bland, not enough sauce or flavor. Very disappointing and I tried all the flavors, none of them are worth it

I’d recommend adding a jump cut and then waiting till you’re done chewing before you start your review. Most professional cooking shows do this so you’re not struggling to talk and swallow a mouth full of food
