17:56 - 18:05 I can’t wait to say I live there. I’m moving from Chicago. I will be there April 2025 Lord willing. I love it there! I visit twice in Spring 2022 and Summer 2024. I will take the heat over winter 🥶 any day. Great video. Just gained a new subscriber. I wish you all the best and maybe we will hang out one day. God Bless.

Beautiful Apartment and how you coordinated the furniture pieces and decors together in certain areas. You both have great ideas and taste !!! Did Mitch put your breakfast stool chairs together himself ? If yes did they have lots of parts to put together or was they easy to put together ?

Do you have a Rod? Like what you hang your clothing hangers on. You could buy different thicknesses for way cheaper then buying a rolling pin. When i bake, I go to the local arts and craft store or home depot. I suggest oilling it giving time to soak in. Usually the craft store already has it sanded smooth. It may be narrow but you can do so many things with it. I tend to get a 2 ft and trim to personal pref length. Why i like it longer, is if you like making pizza or bread like a huge tortilla, flat breads, etc... you roll out the dough and as you are working it, the gluten and such because gummy/stretchy. So with a couple quick flips, slapping the counter or board with the rod, the dough goes from 12 in to almost 18-20 inches. So you see what i mean. Theres a . Nomadic channel that makes me smile because the elderly gal does exactly what i mean. They are in Iran, Zagros mtns. Im not Iranian but the actions she does is exactly what i do. I learned that from my grandma. She's German, Scot, Irish heritage. Seriously... save your money and make your own.

Push forward to where she makes her for of flat bread... but you can do that with most any bread.. like pizza.

I always find it funny when one of these videos pops up for me in my feed. As someone who moved from WI to AZ for work 9 years ago and recently left AZ for the gulf coast this summer and hope to god I never have to go back to AZ. AZ's winters are too cold and summers are too hot. If you love temperature swings of 30-40 degrees between night and day and night time lows in the 40's and 30's near freezing like the midwest in winter AZ is perfect especially Phx. It's the worst of both worlds, too hot 6-7 months outta the year in the summer to do anything and too chilly 2-3 months outta the year at night in the winter. Too much traffic plus the god awful drivers and top off the overpriced cost of living now. When I moved to Phx 9 years ago I got my house that was built in 2008 for $170k, good luck finding a cardboard box on the street corner for that much now. Not sure how anyone can afford to live there since the jobs there don't pay well enough to afford to live there. The homeless problem is outta control too. I can find plenty of houses in a smaller town along the gulf coast and have temps in the winter that seldomly drop below 50 degrees (like midwest summers) and hardly get above 100 degrees in the summer yet be a 10 min drive from the beach year round. Unless you're in AZ for work I really can'y understand what people are talking about when saying putting up with 100+ degrees 6-7 months outta the year is worth it and low temps near freezing is worth is 2-3 months outta the year. My allergies were also awful in AZ too so lose lose lose situation for me since I expected to feel better and the weather to be nicer than what it is. Just my opinion.
