Dommage ! pas de videos de ce concert ,, il n'existe pas de films live de cette période avec cette formation !!? ( albums Babel et 4 ) en effet le son aurait pu etre mieux ( numéric années 96 ??) Please…I appreciate what you do -but if sound quality isn’t top notch it’s not worth listening to.This show sounds like it was recording on someone’s answering machine .

Wow, I don't believe this. I was there. What a show. Saw them at the Apollo with Pastorius the year before but this was great too. Re comment on John Martyn. He was so out of it that his set was memorable only for that reason.

Ornette Coleman was in the audience that night. Soft Machine and Coleman both had a mutual admiration for each other and that is the coolest fun fact in existence. This was also one of the last concerts with Wyatt on drums, as he would leave 1-2 months later.

In the picture at the top of this there is a neon sign for the Rainbow-which is/was most certainly in LA. Also, look at the skyline. No high rise office buildings everywhere like in NYC; Even in 1976.
