There's an audible announcement that would have fulfilled this video: As the train approaches Government Centre there's an additional announcement says "If you require assistant, use the red emergency alarm near the train doors or the touch strips above the window to notify the operator" From time to time especially during rush hour, it will say "Your attention please, this train will be delayed momentarily. We expect to be underway shortly" if it has to stop for a while.
