Allocation letter states that “Street G, Plot 1” belongs to you. Survey shows diagram of the size of the land. Survey is state issued, allocation letter is not. 🙏

Check how high is the foundation and how high are people building currently? This will help to know if you are safe or stop and add to the foundation.

What is happening now is even just price increments which leads to capital gains! Appreciation can begin to be calculated when that location is in full use. And ITUNU CITY will command faster price increments because the idea and concept is bigger than ITUNU residential which you called ITUNU MAIN. The idea is different so it would command faster price increment than ITUNU RESIDENTIAL

Actually, it's not rocket science, it's quite simple, they should just make sure the streets and walkway adjacent to the main road are tarred with cobbled stones or asphalt, that's why you won't see any sand on the road in Europe or the USA.

Nan bro. The government needs to fix the roads before I move in this community. All the houses in the area need to have electricity and proper drinking water, NOT only the newly built houses. There need to be schools, library, malls and supermarket, hospital or clinic...you feel me.

Yeah! This is a housing estate and those things may not be available inside here. However, those amenities can be found just outside the estate except a library😜 of course. For electricity ⚡️ this area enjoys good hrs of electricity.
