Yeah matthieu9246 that’s awesome you’re becoming a skateboarder! It’s all about learning how to balance really well when you’re in your pushing stance. Sometimes you have to practice like standing in a pushing stance stationary and practice balancing on one leg. Also being able to pivot your foot when you go from pushing to riding stance and also go from riding stance to pushing! This video goes into detail of how to do that if you want to check it out ! So it’s been a journey back and God has gave me an opportunity to get better at skateboarding and compete ever since I had my surgery and I have been on this recovery come back streak for the past four years. So getting back on the horse is what skateboarding is all about. And your comment is a reflection of why I started this channel to help people master the most basic fundamentals of skateboarding! Yeah but at first def need to be loose and bend knees and you can even get really low if you're afraid of falling because being closer to the ground is easier to absorb your bodies impact on conrete! But thanks again for the comments🙏🛹

I am sorry to hear that wonder7043 ! I hope you heel up fast and can skateboard sson again. But once you're better rolling down small flatbanks is all about having the confidence and the commitment to do it. Also having the ability to do a fakie so you can feel out the transition. And fakies are all about going up a flatbank and going backwards down the ramp the way you came and you have to completely shift your weight backwards and turn your head the way you came so you can transition all your weight back. I have a video explaining how to do this trick. And it is all about learning how to bail off the skateboard or run off the board down the ramp you're skating. As long as you know how to bail on the ramp you're skating you will be able to get more comfortable with the transition and you won't fall as much. But falling is definitely apart of it and rolling an ankle is not fun and I have done it plenty of times. But as long as you give it enough time to get fully healthy you will be good to go and skateboard again. I am sorry to hear that happened to you cubster6260, But do not give up ! You will get it as long as you put in the practice on the basics rolling down a ramp is the first big step in skateboarding to understand transition. It is all about trusting to shift your weight in what direction you're going on the ramp. I recently got better after one of my ollie going wrong and breaking my wrist and fracturing my growth plate. @@GiggleXD_1 Yeah thats a good idea for a video. That is gnarly how that happened to you. Wheel bite can be dangerous. I use risers which helps prevent it a little. But so glad you came back from that. Coming back from injury is a big part of skateboarding especially serious injuries so way to get back on that horse. Hey MarcelMmc I believe leaving the board in the cold or just as time goes on sometimes the Kingpings seem to get old and break but they were Mini Logo trucks which are a little cheaper then the normal price of trucks. But it does not happen that often. And thanks for the question🙏

Bearing spacers help the bearing last longer and not break. A lof of skaters don't use them because they are not completely necessary. They do add a little weight to the board. I have been using them lately and my bearings have been lasting longer. But thanks for the comment !!🤙 or the question !!

It actually happened to me again shortly after that! I was trying a frontside B slide down an A frame rail and snapped the King Pin trying to land it. And my bro saw it happen.
