It's factory Astral Black. It may have been a Phase 3 colour only.

Gordon Murray and his team took the Sera doors to pieces and figured out how they work. The McLaren F1 doors copied the Sera.

Yes, thats correct. This was one of the final Toyota Seras ever made.

Hi Nick. Owners club is a great source of help and advice. Mechanical parts are common to other Toyotas and easy/cheap to get. 40 mpg on motorway and fully comp insurance is £150 on classic car policy.

Parts are standard 1990's Toyota, so very easy to get. Panels, glass and interior trim usually come from vehicles being broken for spares - plenty on eBay.

Maybe one day, but not right now. It's one of the few that are in near perfect, original condition. Also one of the very last ones made in 1995.

yellowed headlights - scrub some toothpaste on them, then watch the magic

All sorted now thanks. I used some t-cut (paint gloss restorer) on them. Like toothpaste it is very mildly abrasive.
