If our offense is head & shoulders better in 2min drill, wouldnt one extract some beneficial insights from that.... Like maybe the concepts & tempo we play with in 2min drills could be integrated a bit more throughout the game. Instead of just being a "2min offense", integrate + spread that out a little more. Doesnt have to be every possession, or it could just be part of a possession, there are ways to integrate more tempo and the concepts that allow the 2min offense to stand head & shoulders above the 56min offense. In a manner that wouldnt put the defense under much more pressure. Everyone is very disappointed on what has transpired so far this season, but they are still our WVU Mountaineers! If they beat Kstate, still in the hunt...

Why dont we run more delay RB screens like when Iowa st played zone in 2nd half. Both interceptions by GG was against zone that 1st pic was dreadful He was way behind reviever. Always lead reciever throw to his front. If coverage is tight in front of reciever throw elswhere or rin. GG is senior now he dhould have that down pat now though he sure didnt on that play. . Neal is not a great in game play caller. Adjust on fly is not there.

I’m 68, like most people from WV I take WVU seriously. I wonder what the psychology is that makes almost 1.2 million people keep wishing for something that is never going to happen. WVU will never be able to recruit championship players. I love WVU football. When we played in the 1994 Sugar Bowl I put Christmas lights up and made a big WVU in my yard, in the middle of VT territory I live at. I was so embarrassed, again, I went out and destroyed them before the game was over, and still continue to wish, hope, pray and expect more from WVU. What makes me and 1.2 million people think things are going to change?

The DB coach needs to be looking at the transfer portal and community college games to find some corners who can help him keep his job. This secondary is weak in tackling and getting off blocks. Their chicken fighting, man coverage, zone coverage, breaking on the ball, stripping the ball once it's been caught, and raking the arms are all weak. Their trash talking and physical play is also weak. But they do look good in their uniforms. Offensive players need to find playing time on defense.

Mediocre, undisciplined, Neal Brown football. Luckily, Kansas is also mediocre and just a little more undisciplined. That's how Neal Brown teams win. 50% passing with 2 interceptions from our Heisman candidate senior QB. Hats off to Hudson Clement and the D line with a gutsy performance by the O-line. They are carrying this team despite a coaching staff that forgot they had tight ends until the end of the game. I don't know if I can watch another game with this staff on the sideline. Even the wins are hard to watch!

Yea idk something has to change in the secondary. It might be the way they teach coverage in the secondary. Beanie Bishop and Charles Woods may have been pretty good but I think they’re the exception. Garnett Hollis is worse and what happened with Garnes ?
