I started shooting in 2018 & shoot about 5,000 rounds per year. (I really like it!) I am right handed like most people out there. I also got into the gun buying craze and have every size of pistol X2 and more. I shoot IDPA & ASI at my local gun club. I started at the bottom of the pack of about 70 shooters and have climbed my way up to the middle of the pack. I just got back my ported P10F but have only put a couple of hundred rounds through it being winter in the Northland. I have had mags fall out of my Sprinfield XDM 4.5" 9mm, CZ P10C, and Glock 20 pistols due to my support hand pushing too hard against the area of the mag release button. Mags were also hard to release because of my short fingers & thumb, & with my P365, P365XL, Shield Plus 3.1" & 4", the palm of my hand was always in the way when the mags dropped out. I then moved the mag release over to the right side (Lefty side) to see if these 2 problems could be resolved. AND THEY WERE! No more accidental mag drops, and mag change times were noticeably better. I think this would work for a Lefty but in reverse keeping the mag release on the Left side of the pistol. IMO guns leave the factory Lefty friendly, at least with the mag release.

Thank you for your comment. I totally agree-keeping the mag release on the left side will and does work great for lefties! It is like guns are built lefty-friendly straight from the factory in that way. I keep all my mag releases on the left side, partly because it feels natural and just works for me, and partly because I’m the only Southpaw in my family, so I’ve always adapted things to fit the family.

Sorry, but I didn't know you existed before this evening. YooToobz Al Gore Rhythm just recommended this video, and I just watched it. Well done. I will be checking out more of your videos as I'm able. We have some things in common, and so I have some questions for you. I too am a southpaw shooter. You look younger than me (71 in a few days), and so age related issues to shooting are something I'd like your take on. But about the Sticky Holster, I'm curious to know if you've compared Sticky to a DeSantis Gunhide Nemesis. They look very much the same to me. The outer shell of the Nemesis is "pebbly" like a basketball, with a slick interior. It makes for a smooth draw and the holster stays put. The trigger guard is fully covered. FYI, I use mine for pocket carry. I've tried it IWB and as an ankle biter in my boot, but wasn't comfortable with either mode of carry. But my canvass utility pants have ample enough pockets to fully conceal the pistol in the holster, and like I said the holster stays put when I draw.

Thank you for the comment - Yes, you are ten years my senior, but definitely would love to discuss age related issues to shooting and would definitely incorporate that into my videos. As for the DeSantis Gunhide Nemesis, I don't remember if I seen them before, but I just checked them out. Yeah, they are very similar to the Sticky Holster. The Sticky Holster's material reminds of a steering wheel cover, but better. The other nice feature with Sticky Holster is they have accessories that converts the holster to ankle biter, belly band, and travel mount for cars. I might have to buy one and compare the two.

Mine only came with one 17 rounder mag. Additional mags are 40 bucks through eaa . I bought a flush fitting 15 rounder as well. Nice shooting gun so far.

The only failure I have had is the Y strap on the front of the Slingshot - The top part of the strap would constantly come undone. To me it was not a functional aspect of the bag. Other than that, the bags have been excellent. I have own the Slingshot for over 2 years. No molle straps on the back of the bag - but excellent padding.

Before anyone flips out on the scope mounting....we had to make due with what we had as the scope normally on the rifle was left behind at the shop. Never mount the scope spanning the upper receiver and the handguard....

Just measured both guns. Rost Martin Grip width is 1.0 inches and the Canik Elite SC is 1.1 inches. So, they are pretty close in grip thickness!

My brand new tactical that came with two 15rd magazines and one of the two would only take 14, so I had to disassemble an unused magazine. Nothing seemed wrong with it and it works now so I can only imagine the spring was seated incorrectly from the factory. Having to warranty something that was, in my opinion, relatively simple to correct in hand seems like an unnecessarily large hassle for both me and the company so it is very odd they don't have a guide to do this.

Questioned Kimber several times during the conversation and that was their position. But, contrast, I just purchased the Roth Martin RM1C and the give you detail instructions (owner's manual) on how to disassemble/re-assemble their mags.
