Pull your dress on might be the best lyric of the 80s. Maybe ever.

This is the first time I watch the band version since the accoustic version are the most popular video so I type Camera Obscura Swan and found this then click 😢 it was 13 years ago. Quite close when I was attend my first Camera Obscura gig in my hometown Bandung, Indonesia on March 20th, 2010. Carey Lander with her Nord caniday Keyboard with local beer Bintang below her foot ❤ and the opportunity to selfie with her and TraceyAnne at the changing room after bunch of die harder fans queueing 😂 Carey you will be missed forever

Such a beautiful version of this song. I swear, Michael could sing the phonebook (with backing harmonies, of course) and I'd be mesmerized.

Put your hair back, we get to leave Eleven gallows on your sleeve Shallow figured winner's paid Eleven shadows way out of place Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room Pull your dress on and stay real close Who might leave you where I left off? A perfect circle of acquaintances and friends Drink another, coin a phrase Heaven assumed, shoulders high in the room Heaven assumed, shoulders high in the room Heaven assumed, shoulders high in the room Try to win and suit your needs Speak out sometimes but try to win Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room Standing too soon, shoulders high in the room

irs years for rem were THE best. this gig was in germany shortly after release of "fables." was living in augsburg at the time but i had to work a night shift but a friend was able to go -- he bugged me about it for months afterward.

It’s very rare I encounter a song where the instrumentals make me weepy. The horns in this are just everything.
