Underrated R.E.M. song that rocks with creative melody. Watching Mike Mills, who looks about 14, playing the complex bass lines that he created for the song with such joy draws my every time. I am also reminded of just how vital and skilled Bill Berry is, especially in song like this.

Was in grad school in SC 1983 when the Athens bands were blowing up. Could not believe so much cool music was coming out of the Deep South.

This is the first time I watch the band version since the accoustic version are the most popular video so I type Camera Obscura Swan and found this then click 😢 it was 13 years ago. Quite close when I was attend my first Camera Obscura gig in my hometown Bandung, Indonesia on March 20th, 2010.
