I agree up in the 80s and 90s at 8 cassels lol. 6 cassels was the smallest on the block no parking. I thought about making an offer on this house when it came up last but no parking at the current price was insane.

I liked it all cept that bathroom bowl sink. The tap is inside the bowl. You can’t wash your face or hands very well. Plus it takes up too much of that tiny countertop. Should have been a sink mounted under the counter.

Because the demand for a home like this was stronger than the supply of homes like this which caused more than one buyer to place an offer and drive the price up.
