Use a wide pan, not tall, for more evaporation. I learned that from another video, so thanks to them, because it worked well.

I made this tonight. It was MUCH better than I had expected. The curry sauce was every bit as tasty as curries I've experienced at good Indian restaurants, and I didn't think that ground beef had the capability to be so good.
