A few hints - you could do a few hours in the evening to save money - best to ask for more staff than you need (max request, they stay in the list for hie later) - and try and employ FT and PT that don't have other needs - you can increase your loan - hire more staff and open longer hours I have opened 7 days a week, the gift shop 8am - 10pm, and the burger place 24hrs The weekend opening makes more money than mon - fri. - a p/t cleaner for an hour and a half in the morning (as you open) and again 1.5 hours in the afternoon is cheaper and works

You can sleep on the bench to skip time.
