5:38 The train stabled at PSR A is 535/536. This particular train is a standby train, which is used should one of the 2 running shuttle trains between Tampines and Pasir Ris needs to be replaced.

I have a feeling they actually want to upgrade all lifts back in the 2000s but they don't have enough budget while upgrading Lift 2 so it could be defunct or something

something to note for this is that train service from Pasir Ris to Tampines will stop at 11:30pm. From this point onwards, trains that run from Tampines to Pasir Ris will run in a loop, with no service to Tampines.

Congrats for being the first enthusiast and person to ride the EWL shuttle between Pasir Ris & Tampines!! Also at Pasir Ris, i noticed that the signage for both platforms A & B were heading towards Tampines (despite that Platform A at Pasir Ris is not in use unless if there is train replacements) instead of the usual Tuas Link until 10 December 2024. Also at Tampines, i noticed that both platforms A & B were heading towards Pasir Ris instead of the usual platform A heading towards Pasir Ris & platform B heading towards Tuas Link. This will lasts until 10 December 2024 as well.

This is kind of weird... One of the lifts is serving all floors with even numbers and the other serves all floors with odd numbers...

All the elevators are still original as of November 2024.
